The SBA is creating a new repository for Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) certifications. A new website, called SBA ONE, is replacing the current repository. Documents previously submitted in the repository will migrate to the new database, but the SBA is asking WOSBs to create a new account and log-in at SBA ONE. After creating a new account, the SBA wants WOSBs to submit a new Form 2413 (WOSB certification) and/or Form 2414 (EDWOSB certification) electronically to SBA ONE.The new site supports self certification, which remains an option until the SBA finalizes new requirements for WOSB certifications.

SBA ONE can be accessed at www.certify.sba.gov.

SBA ONE will eventually house all program certifications: 8(a), HUBZone, and the Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) database.

Details on the WOSB program are available at www.sba.gov/wosb. Contact Q10 for assistance in understanding the WOSB certification requirements.
